A narrow data footprint

Flynnstone is a public research site. It does not require reader accounts and does not sell personal information.

Website requests

Web infrastructure necessarily receives technical request data such as an Internet Protocol address, user agent, requested path, time, and referrer. Flynnstone uses limited crawler telemetry to distinguish live assistant fetches, search crawlers, and training crawlers. Synthetic monitoring requests are excluded before a telemetry row is written.

Correspondence

If you email Flynnstone, the publication receives the address, message, attachments, and mail-routing metadata needed to review and answer the message. Do not send sensitive personal data or credentials. Source and quote records may be retained to document consent, attribution, and the evidence used in published work.

Cookies and accounts

The foundation site has no reader accounts, advertising profiles, or payment forms. It does not set an analytics cookie. Vercel Web Analytics records anonymized page views, referrers, and filtered query parameters, including campaign parameters. If those practices change, this page will describe the new data, purpose, retention, and available controls before the change becomes part of the public site.

Service providers and requests

Hosting and cloud providers process technical data only to serve, secure, and measure the site. Flynnstone may preserve information when required for security, legal compliance, or the integrity of its editorial record. For a privacy question or a request concerning your correspondence, use the contact page and describe the record clearly enough for the publication to locate it.
